Sunday morning run

I did the NRC "Thankful" run this morning. It's my longest run so far at 45 minutes and 6.7K.

I do like these guided runs, it certainly breaks the run up into segments and stops me getting bored :)

That’s fantastic Chrimson51🙌🏼🏃‍♀️. I did the ‘Not motivated run with Headspace’ yesterday which really helped me to feel a bit more motivated to run! Enjoy the rest of the day x

That’s a good distance, I did my first NRC run today and really enjoyed it

Gosh Crimson51 you are doing really well aren't you.

Thank you, I'm really enjoying it. Which is not something I ever thought I would say :) I do 2 shorter runs in the week and save a long one for Sunday. I wasn't sure about 45 minutes but thought I might as well try, I could always stop if I needed to. x

That's fantastic - very good to hear. My knee and leg hurt again on Friday when I did the Welcome Back 15 minute run, so had the two days off over the weekend. No sign of a problem, do hoping tomorrow will be better. Going to choose a 1 mile run and see how u get on.
