First run after a few days illness. Set my Garmin for 2.5k, set zombie run for 30 minutes in case I felt like going a bit further, told myself no more than 50minutes or 6k. Had to take it really slow, legs felt good but was a little out of breath which I put down as a side effect of the ibuprofen. Breathing nice and easy once I slowed it down. It felt like a good run and I managed 50 minutes and 6k 👍

Glad you're feeling better and had a great run 😊👍

Job done 😊

Well done once again. Saying it felt like a good run after feeling iffy is a really good sign.

Thank you for encouraging me to go for the 6k

I knew you had it in you. It's easy to overthink sometimes. Just go and be confident that you can get there and in time you will 😊

I almost stayed in bed but glad I didn’t. I think it’s helped my recovery too I’m not obsessed with pain and when my next painkillers are due x

It was good. Lots of get outs if I felt tired but strangely no gremlins persuading me to stop and walk
