Strange run today. Set off from a different start point as it was the short run (wouldn’t have thought that a few weeks ago) really struggled to get into my stride, it was like my right leg was running faster than my left, very clunky. My left leg caught up and I struggled to slow them both down. Finally managed it after just over 1km but really tired by then. Gremlins telling me that as I had reached 6k in 50 mins on my last run I could drop to the timed plan and just do 20 minutes today rather than the planned 3.5k. Not unreasonable. Yet my stubborn streak took over and managed the 3.5k. Hard run but it’s done 👍

Yes!!! Well done you. Go for the distance while you can because you've got in in you. You starved the Gremlins too by going out and getting through it. Some rubs go like this but how we come through them is what it's all about. A great way to start off by winning the battle. We have so much more inside of us than we ever think. Go get em!
Thanks 😊 and I now know I can run at 6.14 minutes/km without meaning to, but not for more than 1km 😂😂😂
