For anyone that has read my recent posts youβll know Iβve been targeting a sub 30 mins 5km. Well this morning it finally happened, the time did make me laugh, but every second counts right?
Sub 30mins 5km..finally π: For anyone that... - Bridge to 10K
Sub 30mins 5km..finally π
As you say - every second counts and that is definitely a sub-30 min 5k! Well done!ππ
Some people think to get a sub 30 minute 5k you achieve that by running for 30 minutes, that is wrong, to get a sub 30 minute 5k you must have ran it in a time of 29.59 which you have just ran, congratulations.
Brilliant, well done
As you correctly say, every second counts and that is most certainly sub 30 mins.
Hello Scott, Thatβs fantastic π₯³π€ΈββοΈππ» I imagine you are very pleased indeed. Iβm so glad you found your way back to this forum and rediscovered your motivation. Iβve yet to reach that goal but itβs on my list π
Ab-so-lutely fantastic ScottJB. Too right, every second does count. Imagine how much it would have counted if your time had been 30:01 - or even 30 on the nose!
Really well done! πͺ
Congratulations ScottJB an amazing achievement ππππ
Excellent work, well done π
Fantastic time well done. That's the time I am targeting too. My last 5k was 30.01 mins. So close yet so far.
Enjoy chipping away at your time. Good luck.
Well done!!!! Love it!!!! Thatβs a fantastic achievement πππ
That's so cool. One second in. Not sure what terrain you're running on, but I bet if you measured your running on an athletics track it would a bit faster still.
Do all my runs on the road, I canβt escape hills where I am either
