Fantastic SSS! What an epic achievement! π π πππͺπ
Yahoo! That is fantastic. It is such a great milestone and takes a lot of hard work and preparation to achieve. Congratulations and very well done. Iβm delighted for you. The first time I broke 30 mins for 5K was at a road race. I got 29:56 and I was so thrilled.

Hello, Iβm glad lurking has worked for you. That is a really great result, well fine you! How long since you finished C25k?
Hi Baddie. I started running nearly 3 years ago but not following any particular programme. I ran quite irregularly but then last year my sister did C25K and I supported her. Since then Iβve been much more regular with my running. I ran my first 10K last November and since then Iβve been running 3 times a week varying distances. I ran the Marlow 5 (miles) a couple of weeks ago and was most inspired by the fastest woman over 70 running it in 34 mins (I took 52mins and Iβm 48). Iβd like to be able to do 10K in an hour and maybe a HM one day but mostly just enjoying being fit. I am an older mum and I want to be around for my kids for a few more years π x
