Ran my 3rd 10k today, I say ran, part ran, part hobbled, part stumbled 🙈 I’ve been dealing with a niggling injury for 3 weeks so it was fair to say I wasn’t really fit for a 10K however I needed to submit a time for a virtual race that I entered because I couldn’t get a refund on one that was cancelled. The injury didn’t bother me at all, but after 5.5K my left hip kept cramping up and only my own stubbornness got my home. Still 1:12:16 not a bad time considering when I entered the race in Feb I gave my target time as 1:15 🤪👍🏻 I think I’ll be building up more slowly to the next 10K! Happy running everyone!

Well done for keeping going , particularly after hip cramping just after half way.
