Fairly happy with todays' effort. two and a half miles mostly running with just a little walking half way through and finished with a fast run for the last 1/8th of a mile, then and ab and core muscle routine. I've used the Adrian James Ab Workout and recommend it I throw in a few side and ordinary planks for an increased burn at the end. No running aches or pains etc etc so i'm feeling confident to run again in a few days. looking forward to getting back outdoors as I've been using my running machine in my garage with all doors and windows open - it was a warm one for sure - but staring into space is just not the same lolz !
