About 17 degrees where I am in scotland although when running it feels like 27.
Absolutely love running in the sun although now I'm I'm running longer than I was this time last year I want to get something to carry water but don't want to hold it in my hand rather have it strapped to me . What have any of you bought?.
I still drink about 3 litres per day but could be doing with a drink on the run.
Happy running πππββοΈπββοΈ

Fantastic sunny running buddy πβοΈπ I opted for a carry bottle it's easy, it's there when you need itπ listening to previous talk of water belts, all I know is you need one that takes generally two so you're balanced π€
Tricky drinking on the move at the moment now that the pubs are closed π€£
( sorry my kids would say thatβs a dad joke and sigh )
Serious though, Iβm thinking about getting a Flipbelt to hold a mobile phone and house key when Iβm running, and I see on their website that they also sell small water bottles that also fit in to the belt.
Iβve not bought one yet, as Iβm between sizes Iβm going to wait until my local running shop re-opens so I can try on the different sizes.
Some others on this forum have recommended them and say they work well.
If you google Flipbelt youβll see the info on their website.
Happy running πββοΈ πββοΈπ
As MartinKH has mentioned have you thought about a flip belt? They look really great. When I start doing runs so long I need a drink I think I will get one. You can get the bottles that go with it as well.
Great effort in the sun. Last year I tried running with various shaped bottles but found the sloshing very off-putting. In the heat just now Iβve been taking a long drink and half a banana on my way out the door and find thatβs enough even up to 1hr 15min run, longer times have been on cooler days. Good luck and happy running π€
I bought a running belt for phone a large one and a 330ml small bottle of water fits in side it thatβs wha I use well done on your run Buddy34 happy Running stay safe π
Tesco were selling a hydration rucksack thing last year and it had a straw that you sucked on. I saw a lady on my route wearing something like it. I think mine holds about 3 litres.
I struggle with the warmer weather but glad it suits you well! So great to look back at last year and see where you are now! I don't take any water on a run to be honest.
Iβve got two Nathan belts that hold water bottles. One belt holds 16 ozs of liquid and the other one has two smaller bottles (9ozs each). The two bottle belt is better as it doesnβt move and fits nicely into the lower back. Both belts have a little pocket for keys, snacks, tissues etc. In hot weather I will always take water with me for any run over 10K. I couldnβt carry anything in my hand so these work for me very well.
Have you tried a hydration vest Buddy? Mine was invaluable on my long runs last summer πββοΈπ₯΅πββοΈπ₯΅πββοΈπ₯΅πββοΈ
I agree with you. I feel doubly as hot as everyone else out running, especially when Iβm running along scorching, and seeing walkers seemingly dressed for the Arctic! π
πBuddy you are awesome! Whatever the weather you love running in it! Conclusion π€ you just love running & we love your positive posts βοΈ βοΈ βοΈ
