Well I have only gone and done it my first park run very nervous all morning but can’t wait for next week loved and a PB to thanks all for the support 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😃😃😃😃😃🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Congratulations on completing your first 5k Parkrun, well done great time as well, I have not had my official result yet, but I am usually around the 33/34 minutes time as well, your 1st parkrun, that was my 17th.

Thanks AlMorr I run with someone which helped and no music 🎧 got a bit competitive at one point they went off fast but I just stayed at a steady pace and found I was overtaking people was chuffed lol
