Yesterday I walked along the seafront and it was very misty, there was an arc in the mist over the sea.Today the sun shone and I wanted to run......I set a low heartrate run on my watch and off I went, 5 minutes warm up zone 1, 30 minutes zone 2 run, then 5 minutes cool down......
I loved this and didn't get puffed out at all, no need for walk breaks either.
I ended the run on the seafront, oh dear, Jools2020 mentioned the other day that a paddle after a run would be good.....hmm, so off I trotted across the sand, shoes off, socks off and OOOOO, flip that's cold πππ. There were lots of people on the beach but only one daft thing in the sea π€£π€£π€£.
A wander across the beach, up the slope, sat on a bench chatting to a couple who were visiting while I put socks and shoes on slightly damp, sandy feet and a kilometre walk home.
That was magic π.
