So another day. Well it was very sunny ,a wee bit chilly but worth getting out. I didn’t go far as I want to get out everyday so I find I’m not able to run distances at the moment.
Anyway I’m pleased I went out and before I went out I mentioned to hubby “ don’t know if I can do a whole month of running everyday” However since I’ve returned I’m now looking forward to tomorrow’s run🤣🤣.
It great to see the sun shining.and it’s dry so all good…….Now for that Shower🚿🚿😂😂

Well done you did it...I didn't realise you were doing Red January too ; you know other activities count too? Walking, cycling etc etc..Folk assumed as with the first one it was Run Every Day..
Last year I did a lot of different ones.
I am so glad you got out there! Feeling ready for the rest of the day !
I did indoor walking which is not as easy as it sounds...with Lesley Sansome on YouTube...and sone great fun dance workouts too!You are going to be fine! I do envy you..I even wondered whether with my walks and normal low impact workouts I could do similar!
Nope... you can do a new activity, one you love or add to the workout times.. they suggest a minimum of 10 minutes activity ... I have done Day 2 of CBDB 's linked Yoga with Adreine, today. I walked yesterday . Only 1K but it took me nearly 20 minutes! ( Uphill on the return journey)!
I think I shall be tweaking the yoga, as the left over from Covid makes certain moves tricky! I cannot run right now, but shall be relying on walks and trying to build things up. It is so great that we are able to adapt to suit our own needs! Well done you!
Well done, I have also ght envy because I'd hoped to do RED January too, day one went fine th n this cold wandered down to my chest and I'm out Looking forward to seeing what you do each day
