30 min run, NRC Mind over Miles, first thing in the morning!
As one can probably tell from above quandary, I found a new hill route and am in split minds about it! π€£π€£π€£ But definitely will integrate it into my routes and training plans! And that picture doesnβt do the gradients any justice, me thinks!! π€£π€£

Itβs hilly where I am so it was daft so I embraced them instead. I can remember nearly crying on one of them when I spotted the sign βHill Crestβ π
I have particular songs on my playlist I think of as my hill climbing tunes ππΆπ΅.
I used to live half the year in a very hilly part of France, now I'm back in UK in ultra flat Cambridge, and I can tell you I find it rather boring... you can feel the different muscles working as you go up, and indeed down hills, I've got none of that now, just the same old plodding...enjoy your hills, and have one for me...
