Hello I haven't posted before as I'm just getting going again after a break. I live in a hilly place and am going a little slower in Juju's plan as I get used to hills. This morning was a wild windy 6k run but I'm glad it's getting lighter so I can get out in the morning! I'm going to repeat wks 1 and 2 I think to get stronger. I have had lots of help reading other posts so I'm glad I found this thank you!

Great for starting the plan and tackling hills in these windy conditions. It's a great plan and really prepares you for 10k. You will definitely get stronger on those hills - slow but sure. I just started tackling hills at the start of 2020 and the more i do the more i love it. Happy running
