I can't believe I ran 6K without stopping. I did the NRC "Next Long Run" which is 42 minutes, my longest run so far has been 35 minutes (last Sunday).
I've been doing two shorter runs in the week and keep my longer runs for Sunday.
I have to say I really enjoyed this mornings run. Nice and steady and lots of encouragement from Coach Bennett.

Well done Crimson51. That's quite a step up isn't it 😁. I am back from babysitting, and an enjoying planning my first run back, for tomorrow. So much choice, might go for the one minute run 🤣

Thank you. I drive through several hail storms on the way back, but lovely and sunny at home. My plan is to continue takings thing s steadily, so am going to work my way through NRC, starting with the shortest and quickest from all the different headings 😁. Yes it was a bit weird. I took my jacket off at one point and then when it snowed and hailed again I couldn’t undo the knot so I had to press on ☺️😁
