Unexpected 6k morning run

Trying to get back into my running went out for a gentle run and thought if I manage 3k I’ll be happy. Weather was glorious and I was lucky enough to see two deer chase each other through the woods. Had a big smile on my face and by the time I’d finished I had ran 6k. Such a great way to start the day 😊

👍👏🏼🎉Way to go! And beautiful heathland behind you. Runs that go just right are a treat, aren’t they? You deserve it, amidst the current stress. Happy running to you. 👍😊

That's just how a run should be Mands sounds fantastic!!

Great job... I’ve had some wonderful runs but have yet to feel so good out there that I double my target distance!!

👏👍Running is simply the best once we get into those trainers and go. Each run is different & at the moment each one feels very precious somehow! Well done
