Lovely hilly run this morning. Bit chilly on the top but great views π. Mr Squiggy on the lead due to the sheep ππ and pulled like mad, which is handy when going up but not so good on the way down! He did get a run off the lead later, in a wooded area.
Pleased to be able to do three runs (23k) this week as well as a 5 mile hike in the Brecon Beacons and even several sessions of S&F. I am trying to decide whatβs best for me - yoga, Pilates or the NHS routines π€
Back to work tomorrow so it will be more difficult next week but aim to get in two runs and three sessions of S&F. Hope you all have a happy running week π

Beautiful views and a very handsome Mr Squiggy! Sounds like you have been making the most of your time off. Hope your return to work is not too onerous.
A kind comment, thank you π. Mr. Squiggy is a handsome boy πΆπΎ. Luckily I only usually do three days a week but am so tired that any type of exercise after work (or in fact anything much!) is impossible on those days. Might try an evening run on Wednesday - we will see!!
What a beautiful well groomed dog! He is a real credit to you. I haven't mastered running with ours yet; we would go where she wanted to!! The scenery is beautiful too. Those of us with countryside on the doorstep are so luckyπ
Thank you for your kind comments, yes he is a lovely doggie. He has a clip several times a year to keep him tidy and cool π. Canicross is great, especially because we canβt let him off the lead near sheep. By running with him attached we all get more exercise and donβt have to worry about those pesky ππππΆπΎ
We keep our Old English clipped short too. Her idea of heaven is hurtling around the beach, playing with other dogs and targeting women owners who seem to find her irresistible. A seven and a half year old puppy with the strength of a small pony!π
