So, what better way to get warm on a cold and frosty morning than to go for a run round your local country park? Setting a new PB of 28:53 for the course in question was an added bonus.

Congratulations on a PB and sub 30 minute 5k, I ran my coldest parkrun this morning, also - 5C, at Drumpelliier parkrun, not at PB, just one second slower at 30.56, I was quite surprised at that time as I was all dressed in a very warm bonnet instead of my running cap, thick gloves, even a scarf, unlike in September when I only wore my running cap, T shirt and shorts, who knows what my time would have been today if the temperature had been 16C, not - 5, anyway it was a good run, I noticed looking at the results that ArthurG of this forum also was their at Drumpelliier, he ran a sub 30 minute 5k, well done Arthur.
