Suppose I get up a bit earlier tomorrow and run 5k then carry on and run the Parkrun (obviously I'd have to stop and hang around for about 10 minutes for the briefing etc) would this count as a 10k?
As I say, purely theoretical as I'm rubbish in the morning and struggle to get to the park for 9am on the best of mornings π

OK, at the London Marathon some runners get married about half way round, still count that pause as a short rest then continue as husband and wife running the rest of the marathon.
Thanks everyone, in the event I didn't wake up until 8.10 so barely reached the start on time, let alone running 5k beforehand πA woman can dream (and obviously I did or I'd have got up earlier!)
