5 mile Coastal Run

Nice steady run today 5.02 miles in 47mins 12secs. I fancied a change of scenery so drove down to the outskirts of Portsmouth where my wife dropped me off. From there I run the east side of the coast until I reached Southsea seafront where my wife was waiting for me in the coffee cup. What a lovely place to finish up, sat there with my favourite beverage (tea) and we watched the world go by, finishing with a walk along the seafront. Nice start to a Sunday! 😎

My favourite area of the UK!! I spent 6 months with the RN at HMS Dolphin (Gosport) in another lifetime. I didn't run then - and I would love to do the run you have just described (that is, if I could get past the Still and West)
