Morning All 😀 After my pep talks and advice earlier this week, this morning I went out for a gentle flat 5k. I ran with a friend which was new as I’ve always been a solo runner, but today I think it worked out well as we were chatting it forced me to go slower which made SO much difference. Thoroughly enjoyed it. I’m giving myself the weekend off now but will look forward to Monday with refreshed motivation and positivity. Have a good weekend everyone.

Relax, enjoy and run. You've got it in the bag. Slower runs help so much. You can mix it up or do a fast one every now and then. Be positive. You're doing so well 👏👏👏👏
