I did a 5 k this morning in 26degree heat. On finishing I had 1/2 litre water and some ayran (salty yoghurt drink) and a toasted bacon and cheese sandwich.
About 1 hour later I was feeling a little tachycardic so checked my BP and my pulse. My BP is 99/59 low for me pulse is 90, high for me when resting, O2 is 94% normaly 97%
My BP is often low after running is the high pulse counteracting the low BP and Sats?
I have had this pulse/tachycardia/palpitation thing for a while now and trying to understand if it is:-
Normal reaction to the running and BP/Sats
Possible alergic reaction to the bread(or something)
I have been to doc and cardiologist and had a bit of an MOT and a respiratory allergy panel and nothing is conclusive.
I am not super fit but have turned the corner, graduated 10k but running as yet is not that easy.

I would expect that your heart rate is still elevated one hour after a run, and eating, but if you are feeling it, as having palpitations then probably worth mentioning it to your GP.
You don't usually see the elevated pulse compensating for lower BP unless someone is actively losing blood or going into shock.
Your O2 recording is also a bit low, do you have any respiratory conditions?
And no, I doubt it is an allergic reaction to the bread.. unless you are already known to be allergic to some of the ingredients.
It may simply be that you have over exerted yourself, as that was a pretty damn hot run.
Take care, and if you are worried, see your doctor.
