A run under Altostratus clouds

Back from a run this morning. I had originally considered switching my walk and run between Sat and Sun. Glad I ran today and walked yesterday. Yesterday there were some glorious clouds visible, perfect for our monthly walking challenge over at Active10 healthunlocked.com/active10...

And today, there were gray clouds covering the whole sky evenly, which from my cloud spotting I know now to be Altostratus. Perfectly fine for a run.

This was run 1 of week 2 of my Runkeeper 6-week 5k plan, with coach Erin with her fascinatingly raspy voice.

So today was 8x (1 min run + 2 min walk). Fairly doable for me. And my music just made me dance in the walking sections right until the end of the run!

It is, I feel! Much stronger in the second half of Jan. first half of Jan felt patchy.
