Done it! Done it!!!! Thought at the start of the week that I wasn't going to make it and would fall at the last hurdle but an extra rest day made a world of difference!!! I have no plan beyond the 10k other than to keep up regular running but I am so happy to have made it this far from four months ago starting c25k. Good luck to everyone currently on their 10k journey. π
Hooray for 10k! : Done it! Done it!!!! Thought... - Bridge to 10K

Congratulations!!! 4 months? You've done brilliantly!!! Feels great, doesn't it?
Now you go off and have a nice cuppa / glass of bubbly / whatever and bask in the glow (and mild aching)
That's absolutely fantastic EL82ππ
You should rightly be very proud of yourself and best of luck wherever your running takes you.
4 months!! Well done. Happy celebrating and happy running
Congratulations and well done EL. Youβve done brilliantly. Enjoy your runs to come. Youβll have to sign up for a 10k race next. πββοΈπ€ΈββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπΎπ₯ππ πππππ
Great stuff, really good pace too!
Superb, huge well done to you π
Brilliant! Iβm in the consolidation phase after graduating C25K. I have a charity run at Blenheim Palace next weekend then I start on Ju-Juβs plan for C210K! Canβt wait to have achieved what you have just done but am a bit nervous at the thought of it!!!
Good luck on your 10k journey! You will be amazed at how fast you build up the distance and I found my 5k started to speed up too. I actually find the secondhalf of the longer runs easier than the first half in a way, as you go into autopilot and find a natural pace.
Well done...amazing achievement!
