10k!

1st time I've done 10k after starting running at end of Jan. It wasn't pretty (had to modify facial expressions when cars passed!) and it certainly is sticky but I did it!

ahaha, you sound like me Except that my face is dark red whatever the length I'm running! After 5K, if it's warm, I usually look like I've run for an hour or so...

Well done and congratulations! . . . I'm still on week one of my bridge to 10k, so a long way to go yet, just hoping I can make a similar post in about 7 weeks time.

You'll be there. I found this tougher than C25K and my pace still drops to snail pace at times but go for it and do your best. Just getting that distance no matter how long it takes makes you smile. Good luck!
