Finally ran my first 10k last night! 62 mins and 51 seconds! It's taken me quite a while to get this far - I started C25k back in March, achieved that within the 9 weeks but have found building up from 5 to 10k quite difficult. However, set myself a target of reaching 10k before my 40th birthday in January - so just made it!
I rarely post on here, but reading all the posts from everyone has been very reassuring and encouraging over the past 9 months!

Wow, that is an amazing achievement and an amazing time, well done! I'm desperately trying to achieve 10K before 2020 so this type of post is really encouraging.
Well done! My first was 69 mins, I tend to average 67 mins and my best ever was when I was half marathon fit at 65 mins so you're doing great! It's a huge milestone in your running career and always helps me have a 'fit for' target when I'm slacking off a bit! Enjoy the glory
