I regularly read all of your posts and love this forum, it’s supported & helped me so much. I seldom post much but today I am to gloat a little & hopefully encourage others, like your successes have encouraged me.
At the beginning of April this year when I started my C25K running journey I couldn’t run 60 seconds, fast forward to the beginning of August, where today I completed my first 10k race at the Sunshine Coast Marathon. I was over the moon with a sub 58 time too, that was a bonus.
I followed Ju-Ju’s magic 10k plan and it made the transition from 5k to 10k seamless. Like you did with C25K just have faith in the plan.

Congratulations and well done 🎉🎈👏💪 and especially for your time! That's brilliant. Your first 10K race is always special but I'm sure you've already checked out future races 😂
