Bridge to 10K

Quickly dripping in to say Happy Christmas etc

Yes I did say ‘dripping’ - it is very wet and windy here ☔️

Yesterday was actually my C25K anniversary. I didn’t have time to get out, but I did do a slow 4.8K, today, as part of the MyAsics HM plan I am following (I’d foolishly left my chest torch behind when I gave my son and his family a lift home, so I decided to call it quits when I was almost back at the car and it was already too dark to see the path).

It’s entirely possible that this week is the closest I’ve come to running the plan as it is written:

7k on the 21st - actually at the pace MyAsics wanted \0/

13k on the 23rd - it should have been 14k, and was a Canicross run so lots of stopping, but it’s the farthest I have ever run.

4.8k today - should have been 5k.

Hopefully I’ll manage the 7k that’s on the plan for tomorrow as well.
