First 5k ever

So, finally got outside and off the treadmill, and had a go! Bad eyesight etc. Long boring story. But managed it so am well chuffed. Am now consolidating the distance back on the treadmill using the stepping stones podcasts as recommended by you lovely lot. Without this forum i wouldn't still be here! Thank you all.

Thank you. Yes it was far more interesting than staring at the treadmill and harder on the legs. Will be a regular 'treat'.
