Having finished C25k only two weeks ago I managed today to complete my first 5k. I am absolutely delighted. Kilometre 3-4 was a tough one but I seemed to just fly kilometre 4-5.

Yes I remember ours, it took 52 minutes and we were telling people for days if not weeks

It looks like 3-4 was up hill, always a slog when you're already getting tired, then 4-5 was down hill thank the lord 😊
