Woohoo! First one done and feeling a little proud! Graduated about 6 weeks ago from C25k and I was so frustrated that I hadn’t managed to reach 5k by the end of the programme. Managed it outdoors too which makes me even more chuffed given I’d done most of my runs on a treadmill in the gym. It was at a snails pace mind you but onwards and upwards Have a great weekend everyone 😊👍🏻

I am a snail usually and it's really fine to go steady and strong.I started getting too ambitious with speed post 5k and got set back by it so don't apologise .Congrats on getting outside. For me being outside is a huge part of the pleasure of running. This autumn is beautiful.Enjoy!

Well done Ally, I think running 5k is the next target after graduating because only 10% manage it on the same day. I love running outdoors too ,having done a lot of c25k in the gym. Happy running 😀
