1st official Parkrun at Lyme Park

As my son didn't have his Rugby Tots class this week, the wife and I entered for our local Parkrun around Lyme Park. My official time was 32:55 no great shake I know but its a challenging course with a hill start and a nasty 4% -5% 1km finish after the run down from The Cage.

Have to say I was very impressed with how the events are run and well marshalled.

Definitely doing it again.

Ha! That was my exact time at the Dundee one on Saturday too - funny coincidence. Well done Tanethra and Mrs Tanethra. Glad you're sold on Parkrun. They're a brilliant thing.

Well done both of you. That's a good time considering the hill start. How could they?🙂

Love parkrun and the time's not shabby at all (faster than me but I'm guessing you're not in your 50s 😉)
