Your first parkrun time is good Paul. 👍 Quicker than all of my 17! 😅

I think you can only do 2 Parkruns on New Year’s Day Paul, every parkrun starts at 9.00 the rest of the year.

Without a rest day? Be careful Paul. We don’t want to see you on the IC

Well done on your first Parkrun, that’s great to hear. Bit chilly today., but I made it out there after struggling to drag myself out of bed... it was a struggle this morning though.

Hey Paul.

It was your first parkrun... at your first of any event the objectives should be to have fun and to reach the finish line... time improvements can come later... celebrate doing that parkrun for what it was, a huge achievement so soon after running that first 60 seconds! Happy running.
