1st Parkrun done!

I don’t know what’s happening to me but definitely a changed woman! I’ve never run with other people before and was scared of doing so!! Now I’ve done it what on earth was I scared of??!! They were so friendly and there were 2 of us who were first timers which made it so much easier. It was cold and there were hills but I ran up them if at a 🐌 pace! My thanks go to all the volunteers but especially Tom (the other first timer who was there with a hug at the finish line 😊 Have a good weekend runners! 🏃‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏾‍♂️😊

Congratulations Jelon ....this will become a regular weekend enjoyment run for you now I can tell!! I like to run alone but occasionally join the parkrun for a change & somehow it makes you feel like a ‘proper runner’ being with a park full of them??!
