Read cheekychipmunks post for the Lyme Park write up. It was really super to be part of the herd of runny people. I knocked 4:34 off my previous time 14 months ago so all the practicing running up hills has helped. It’s a tough course. Well done everybody.

That’s a huge improvement on a beast of a course... great run. My first time running it, but set my fastest mile since I got my watch in the middle... first mile could have been my slowest though 🤣.

Well done! I finished the run thinking "never again" but now think that I would do it again- albeit not for a long time. A crisp winter day would be good. If I could knock off 2 minutes I'd be pleased. Yesterday was almost 10 minutes slower than my fastest parkrun.
