My Running week

A really short one this week as I have been on a rest week as part of my Triathlon training program, so only 2 runs this week of 20 minutes each, which meant no early morning run today so that was a major bonus.  Back to normal starting Monday for the next 4 weeks with some faster 10ks hopefully.  I am aiming to try to get down to around the 1hr mark by the end of May.  We will see.

When is your Triathlon, Mat?


Hi Annie, my triathlon is on the 5th June.  It is only a sprint but I am sort of looking forward to it.
