A really short one this week as I have been on a rest week as part of my Triathlon training program, so only 2 runs this week of 20 minutes each, which meant no early morning run today so that was a major bonus. Back to normal starting Monday for the next 4 weeks with some faster 10ks hopefully. I am aiming to try to get down to around the 1hr mark by the end of May. We will see.
