No KMs for the first time since January. First full week on the IC completed.
Daily stretches to ensure hamstring stays flexible as it heals.
Off on a cruise now so will see if I can perhaps get a sports massage onboard and maybe try some gentle treadmill running if pain free.
Missing the weekend long runs the most at the moment. I love being out early on the weekend when few people are about. Also would love to get out in this rain - very satisfying having a nice warm shower after getting soaked on a run.

I spoke too soon. Massage definitely helped me but hadn’t turned out to be the miracle cure I’d hoped for. Just done another 30 mins on the dreadmill this morning though. Quite gentle on the legs versus roads though I always fear I will fall off do not fun. Hope you find a way through it at some point. It’s rubbish being injured.
