My week has been pretty good. 10k on Tuesday in 1:04:09 which was 52 seconds faster than last week. Missed intervals on Wednesday but completed a brick session on Thursday which went well. Completed park run today in a pb of 29.56! All in all a good week for me. I hope that you are all keeping well and enjoying your runs in the sunshine.
