So my 10k run on Monday went well. Completed in 1:01:44 which was a pb, although having only run three 10k's not sure how relevant that is. Lets see how Mondays run pans out. I am trying not to be concerned about the times as such whilst I get more used to the distance and after Christmas is out of the way I may look to see if my times can improve, a sub 60min 10k would be awesome but I will be patient. Stay injury free and happy running.
