I might have asked before but does anyone have experience of duloxetine that they could share pls?

Hi i was on duloxetine for about a year i found it helped keep my moods very stable and helped a little with anxiety but mostly i found it more a good mood stableiser hope this helps

That's great to hear yorkiee - and if our mood is more stable we can cope better with the anxiety

Indeed it does help i recently stopped duloxetine and i am now on venlaflaxine but i think will be stopping that soon as it is makeing my skin blotch and is very itchy like exmah so i wonder what my next meds will be as i have had loads of diffrent one's just to let you no i have had severe anxiety panic and deppression for 8 yrs now mine started after i lost my dad to cancer very suddenly now i am unable to go out by myself but in the begining i couldnt be in a room bymyself now i can stay in the house alone so things do imporve all be it slow it does get better

Oh Yorkiee, you are doing amazingly well getting through that up to now and you can be proud of your achievements.

Also there are loads of different antidepressants available
