Lovely Day........

Its a gorgeous day and Im feeling ok even though its the weekend...........

Going to Lincoln to see a friend and looking forward to the drive on this glorious day, although I feel a little anxious............. thats normal though, not too extreme..........

I still have intrusive thoughts about my ex, but not as bad, still miss him but when I think of his awful mother, I feel glad I dont have to put up with that anymore..........

Sad for him, but what a pathetic man to let your mother rule your life at 49!!

I will be back on that dating pony in a few months when Ive dealt with my issues......

You are doing so well , don't you be forgetting that , its very normal to still have these thoughts & feelings , if you wasn't , I would be wondering what was wrong with you , but the are getting less & you are getting stronger , ready for that dating pony
