What a day

Not had a good day altogether, I’ve felt anxious had slight burning in arms still had the shaky feeling, and a tense head on and off as well. Didn’t help that I saw someone up the road who upset me many years ago, have seen her very occasionally she says hello now but I still feel those emotions, and today although she was ok with me, I got so nervous that my legs went to jelly walking home and I’ve felt nausea and had that acid feeling rising up into my throat from my stomach when I got home. now I wish I hadn’t gone up there when I did. An it’s been raining most of the day 😐

It’s weird how situations can trigger things but it happens to me.

Raining all day in Bristol! Had to work in it also

I know, I definitely picked the wrong time to go up the road 🙄

Has it not got a little easier with time?

A little yes, still feel a bit heady but I think it’s humid today as well and I’ve not had enough fresh air

I think it’s going to be warm tonight as well. It’s still light why not go out for 5?

I’m tempted I just came upstairs, but I could walk round the block it might help get rid of this feeling

Try your best to go. Power walk around.

I did go round the block, but when I went to bed I started thinking about yesterday....big mistake. Sitting here now shattered waiting for my daughter to pick me up for a while 💤

U didn’t get much sleep then.

It’s annoying when something sticks in your mind and it won’t go away

Don't forget you're still coming down from the grandkids visit the other day. Its surprising how these little things that would have been normal, can take their toll when you are in the grip of anxiety.

Let's hope tomorrow is a better day.
