No hun you are not mad it's all part of anxiety/depression. Welcome to the site you will get lots of support here love eve x
this all sounds like the effects of anxiety and depression. i have my days where i feel im going round the bend but ive found focusing on the thoughts, disecting every feeling and emotion just makes me worse. excepting it to an extend does help. read dr clare weeks book called self help for the nerves. x
If your going mad, then so are the rest of us, like rose said, the mad don't think they're mad.
I felt the same when this demon called anxiety jumped on my back from out of nowhere. It's scary but it won't kill ya.
