Am I psycho?

Sometimes I'm emotionally numb and it scares me. I just feel either nothing or neutral. I even look at my family and friends and don't feel like amount of love i should and i hate it....feeling this way is scary

Hi this is called dissociation and it is because your mind is blocking emotions you find too painful to remember. There is lots of info online about this so have a look and see if anything strikes a bell with you.

There are also some very good YouTube videos on it. x
