So on edge :-(
I know what you are going through and its not a nice feeling, the dizziness is usually stress and shallow breathing., You will cope, we all do and I often think we who suffer are the strong ones.it takes a lot to keep going and get through the bad patches.Try to let it all pass like a gentle stream, over the rocks and pebbles. If you have faith just ask for the Lord to hold you very tight, I do that every night. Meanwhiile hold on and know you are not alone, there are so many of us on your side. Hugs . from cotonroad.
Thank you cotonroad I will keep that in mind and re read your post if I go through another bad patch, thank you for the reply, hugs x
Hi Iz2494
Its natural when your outside your comfort zone to be anxious and i agree its a horrible feeling. When i am away from home i feel exactly the same dizzy stomach churning feel faint and legs like jelly. Try and use breathing exercises meaning take long breaths in let out in small puffs and the last breath push out this really helps. Try to distract yourself with some reading music or anything of interest to you. Tuesday is not a long way off try and relax you will be able to cope better.
Like cotonroad i believe in God and pray every night not only for myself but others who are experiencing this awful suffering.
Take care
Love Seyi xxx
