hi all i have not posted for a while, my question is do any of you have a strange like feeling in your body that you are going to explode, i wake up during the night and feel like i have strong pins and needles sensations all over my body, get up in the morning and the adrenaline rushes start racing heart tight chest lightheaded etc thanks x

Hi kimbo yes love i get alot of these symptoms shaking sweating chest pains if you read some of my blogs or others you will notice that alot of us on here suffer with the same or similar symptoms as you and it is awful but it is just your anxiety playing games try and do something to take your mind off it or simply tell it to piss off and leave you alone xxxxx
