Why cant you explain how you feel with anxiety crap day so far just feel strange and funny can any one relate to these feelings

Yes I can relate , this strange feeling you speak about , it can be quite frightening , but its anxiety , I feel strange most of the time , but some days stranger than normal , whatever that may be

try & go with it & not fight it , it will pass again , the more we fear how we feel , the more it feeds the anxiety ...easy to say harder to do , but it is so true

I have actually let work men in today , putting tiles & a radiator in , I feel sick dizzy , i am talking to them but cant remember what the heck I am saying or what they are saying back , which is starting to feel strange , but I no its my anxiety ...

We are all here for you , never have to be sorry for posting how you feel , not on here
