Hi Amziox
Good for you two good days ...thats a positive , you can see there can be good days now
A little set back tonight hun , but go with it , remember you have felt this way before & nothing bad has happened , & nothing will tonight either ..I no thats easy for me to say & no how you feel , but you have to keep telling yourself
You can & will keep dealing with this , small steps , its not a quick fix , but you have prove you can feel good , as you have seen now
I see anxiety as an unwanted visitor , keeps dropping in , show it the door & tell it to walk back out
Your fear hun is telling you something bad is going to happen , but it wont , you will get there , you have been doing so well , give yourself some praise
Love

Hi whywhy
I love how you describe anxiety as an unwelcome visitor It's frustrating when you get good days and then a bad one hits you. I will definitely think of your word "show it the door" that's great and made me smile xx
