Does anyone else get it? It would be nice to here of some other people's experiences and to empathise with each other.

hi love i dont get it but i am sure someone will pop up with some good advise for you i do suffer with health anxiety but all the same no anxiety is nice love and we all suffer from the same or similar symptoms hope you ok and let me know how you go xxxx

Yeah I have relationship anxiety,,,,, down to previous bad marriage,,,, with a really good guy now but still get very bad anxiety symptoms..... trying hard now not to run away and face my fears or I know I will be on my own forever..... think its down to my lack of assertiveness and low self esteem!!

Not sure if this will help but guess knowing youre not the only one is a good thing!! xx

I can relate to that...I walked in on my previous boyfriend cheating on me and now, even though I'm with a great guy now, I get really bad anxiety symptoms. Yeah it definitely does help knowing I'm not the only one, so thanks! I always feel like I'm being stupid because my boyfriend's done nothing to make me doubt him, but I guess the past can be very strong! Xx

yup Ive run away from many relationships cos I cant cope with confrontation or asking for what I want..... so really really trying to come to terms with my past and not let it ruin my future...very hard and I feel like im actually better on my own, but my boyfriend is the best ever,, so Im sticking with it however hard..... always here if you fancy a chat,,,, just so you know youre normal xx

Hi, I get this!! I'm single and can't find someone who is sympathetic or understanding enough to understand. Slightest sign of rejection and I'm off. Still, recognising it is the first step to dealing with it. If u have an understanding partner you should get the patience u need hopefully.... Do u have any triggers? Like I say, mines rejection or getting too close too quick x

I get relationship anxiety a lot too! I get it from him leaving me to me trying to build a wall from my fear of abandonment and getting too close to people! it tries to make me find things wrong with the relationship so I don't get too close and don't get too attached to it. I am working on it daily but sometimes it is so overwhelmign and exhausting I can't handle it.
