Came off citalropram last December. Had to leave job I loved stressed out. Really struggling. Trying to move forward but so hard. Want to go duvet.

So sorry you are struggling, I too had to leave my job owing to stress, at the start just do what you can and accept what you cann't. Give yourself time to heal.xxx

Thanks Jean01 really hard to leave but I couldn't end up on the floor again. Have started maths course but can't retain info. Couldn't go today just so hard to leave house sometimes. Used to be so confident really want that back. Did take dog for run tho so that's good.

Hi love it is hard and with anxiety everything seems 100 times worse if you are struggling have you been back to your gp to get some more help maybe some CBT or a low dose of citalopram i am on 20mg and take 10 at night and 10 in morning i dont want to rely on them but want to feel better before i come off them maybe you just wasnt ready to stop them yet go and see your gp and see what he suggests xxx

Going Friday. Really want to try and stay off to see if I can be a person on my own. Am quite a stubborn person and not all days are bad. Thanks for yr thoughts. X
