ive got blurred vision ?

ive just started to get blurred vision and its worrying me and then its triggers my panics off am i worrying for no reason or is it all in my mind ?

Hi,

I used to get black dots in my vision when my anxiety was at its worst, try to not let this set off your panic, it's quite common.

hi yes i get floaters in my eyes all the time i think that when you get more anxious you see them more

Are you diabetic? Blurred vision is sometimes a symptom of undiagnosed/untreated diabetes.

Might be worth getting checked.

Make an appointment to see an optician.

Visual problems are a major trigger for my anxiety and the optician is very thorough and very reassuring.

yes i was going to i had a test 2 yeras ago and he said cos im getting older my eyes might go quickly x

Check your diet. It could be something to do with being gluten sensitive. Because your digestive track and brain are connected.
